Working as a change strategist for over 25 years, Lori Anne has helped private, public and non-profit organizations identify and realize change visions aligned with both strategic priorities and operational commitments. She has worked both with enterprise senior leadership and front-line operational teams to identify potential growth/optimization possibilities and realize tangible benefits associated with that change vision. Lori Anne is a master’s trained strategist (MPA), with industry certifications in change management, project/priority alignment, coaching, facilitation, mediation and conflict resolution.
With over 20 years of experience in the private sector managing and optimizing small business operations, Mark has insight and expertise in seeing the opportunity for improvement and enhancement. His results are well known and well documented, helping companies improve profit margins, improve efficiency and overall customer satisfaction through service enhancement. Mark is a master’s trained strategist (MBA) with industry certifications in service standards, financial management and workforce planning. Mark has worked with small, medium, and larger sized companies to unlock optimization potential and realize enterprise efficiency and improved effectiveness goals.
